Refund policy

At Marbella Cakes – The Bake Studio, every cake is freshly prepared and carefully handcrafted for your order. Because our cakes are perishable and are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cakes once they have been delivered or collected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be accommodated before preparation begins, subject to our confirmation.

Once your cake has entered the preparation or customization stage, cancellations, refunds, or design changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives significantly damaged, incorrect, or different from the confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the cake and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, cake design, flavour, size, message, and event date are correct when placing your order. Marbella Cakes is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once a cake has been accepted by the customer or their designated recipient, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper handling, storage, transportation, or exposure to heat.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where Marbella Cakes is responsible for a confirmed issue with the order. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method.
